Hi, I'm Robert! I'm a software engineer from Canada with nearly 5 years of experience, currently living and working in the SF Bay Area. I work primarily in Python and Typescript, and I'm exploring Go to add to my toolkit eventually. Outside of work, I've participated in math olympiads and research, and done some weird sports like unicycling and sprint paddling.

These are some of the things I've worked on:
- --futre
- I currently work at Futre, a startup that is building a career discovery platform for high school students. I've worked across the entire stack, but my main focus has been on backend and data engineering.
- --aisleinsight
- I've previously worked at AisleInsight building out their data and machine learning pipelines.
- --ganymede
- Ganymede is a telegram bot that converts jupyter notebooks to pdf. I originally created it as a simple way for non-technical users to convert their notebooks to pdf, without figuring out the ins and outs of latex. Ganymede has successfully converted over 1000 documents and is used by over 100 students at Minerva University.
- --ouroboros
- Ouroboros is an autograd engine, extending the concepts and capabilities of micrograd. While its API is quite simple, it can implement algorithms like gradient descent, adam, and more. Currently works with up to 2D tensors.
